We are innovators in our field, using the latest science and technology to create smart and sustainable growth. Our green initiatives enable us to build communities which respect and give consideration to our natural environment. These initiatives are based on partnerships with the Lake Simcoe Conservatory Authority (LSRCA), Greenland Group of Companies and the University of Guelph. The result of such work includes flood reduction and nutrient load elimination from uncontrolled head water areas, creek rehabilitation and pond management.

We believe in heritage and preservation. Although we look to the future for the latest technology and innovation, we must respect our past. At Cortel Group, we pride ourselves on being Canadian. Our involvement with the preservation of natural heritage sites is evidence of this.
